If you wish to send the full payment with the application, you may do so. Camp dates for the 2012 summer are as follows:

- Week 2, July 15 - 20
- Week 3, July 22 - 27
Registration begins at 2PM on Sunday (the first date listed) for your week. Please mail your completed registration form with appropriate registration fee to:
Pastor Edward Stelter
1220 Mahogany Run
Two Rivers WI 54241
Please make checks payable to: Camp Bird for Lutherans Inc.
You will then be mailed a packet of forms and information about camp.
This packet includes forms such as the Physical Exam form and the Ropes

As an example, a family with 3 children attending Camp Bird would fill out 3 applications (one for each child). They would then mail those 3 applications along with a minimum $220 check ($100 for the first child, $60 for each additional child) to the address listed above. Camp Bird will then send a packet containing forms for the 3 children attending, along with additional Camp information. On the day of registration the family would then hand the completed forms to the camp staff along with a check for the remaining balance of $150 ($50 for each child, for a grand total of $370 for the 3 children to attend Camp Bird).
